4. I promise to despatch any products or services purchased within a reasonable time frame, to the best of my ability. If this cannot be achieved to a customer's satisfaction, I promise to offer a full refund of any payments made to me by the customer concerned (including postage charges).

 

5. I cannot be responsible for any delivery failure of any products or services supplied by me due to circumstances outside of my control. However, I will obtain proof of despatch notes for any items despatched and do my best to track items which have been mislaid outside of my control.  

 

6. I promise to adhere to a clearly stated refund policy, easily accessible within my pages on Shop Dorset and to offer a full refund for any purchases returned to me which fall in line with my stated policy or supplied not as described.

 

7. As a Shop Dorset Retailer, any disputes with a Shop Dorset customer or enquirer which I cannot resolve will be referred to Shop Dorset for an independent review.

 

8. I understand if I do not satisfy the customer service standards expected of me by Shop Dorset, then I will have my trading rights on the site withdrawn.
